Our meditation cushion is filled with buckwheat hulls, which though firmer than cotton batting are more versatile than cushions filled with kapok or cotton batting since they can shift more easily to mould to your body shape. The double cover provides strength and makes washing easier than with pleated cushions which generally have no liner. This the smaller of our two Round Cushions offering a lower-profile size for those who are flexible and prefer a cross-legged posture.
